The need for a full Service Spa and “Women only fitness center” has been evident to Sherry who has lived in this area for years. Both Marcie and Sherry like
helping people in a dignified atmosphere. They have had fun building the Spa and Fitness Center to meet the needs of ladies in this area. The Spa and Fitness Center will provide a full range of services for the Boerne,
Fair Oaks, San Antonio and Dominion areas.
Both are retirees from Executive positions at large national corporations and never found full satisfaction in their use of Spas and Fitness Centers. What better way to build the best? Do it yourself from scratch! They welcome you with a smile and welcome your suggestions!
Marcie and Sherry studied for months. After a long search they choose an exclusive 30-minute exercise circuit that utilizes hydraulic cylinders in place of weights. Through this unique resistance mechanism, women experience a simultaneous combination of cardiovascular and strength training. This truly gives women
an alternate option for exercising rather than just free weights or aerobic classes. It is also the best way to prevent or cure type II
diabetes and can also prevent heart disease which is increasingly killing more women.
Resistance training is the easiest training method to reduce weight and to stay fit. It is not stressful training in that it doesn't create shock to the body as you train. That alone makes this method of training ideal for all ages; women old & young. Everyone can benefit from this type of training and with just a 30-minute work out each day you can reach your goals faster.
With its unique push / pull action and double /
positive resistance, it works like two machines in one, which means
more efficient work-out time and gives you more free time for
yourself. Individuals alternate upper and lower body strength training
exercises with aerobic recovery stations in between. The push / pull

I'm
so excited to tell you how well I'm doing. Saturday I went on a
beautiful 5-mile hike in the mountains with the family and a large
group of friends and relatives. In the past, if I even attempted a
hike like this, I would be the last straggler, and everyone would be
concerned as to whether I was going to make it. My face would be beet
red, and I'd have a pounding headache. Well, I never even had to stop
and rest, I was in the middle of the pack, and didn't even get out of
breath! When we arrived at the place where we all met, everyone was
saying," You're going to attempt this?" By the end, no one
was even paying attention, except some of the family who said; You
really are doing better, aren't you." Even better, when I took my
measurements Sunday, I'd lost 11/2 " from my waist, 1”from my
stomach and another from my hips, but had added an inch to my bust
(which I'm thrilled about) and my thighs ( which I'm not so thrilled
about). I'd say that's pretty quick results. I was awfully sore from the
hike on Sunday, and this morning it was even worse. I really didn't
want to get up and go through the circuit and if it weren't for my
sisters I wouldn't have.
However,
I had more energy this morning going through the circuit and got my
heart rate into the blue range for the first time since you left.
After finishing, I was actually less sore than when I started. People
are already saying I look better.

have recently joined the Compliments as a couple. Our name is Richard
& Carolyn Lee.
We have already seen results from the program. I, Richard, had
knee surgery and am now able to complete all the machines and
exercises. We also have purchased several of the minerals and have

My
name is Marty Horton. I joined Compliments about 2 weeks ago. I have
enjoyed the program very much. Since I was in the Health Field of
Education for years, I realize the important of proper exercise and
nutrients. The Compliments program is well structured. We have a
Trainer on hand to help us with the machines if we need help. I have
encouraged my friends to join and some have already. I have lost 2
pounds and have begun to firm up also, so I know Compliments is
beneficial, fun and helpful. Thanks for introducing me to the program.

I
joined Compliments for several reasons: 1. I needed a sustained
regimen of exercise to keep my body healthy. 2. I wanted to rid myself
of some excess fat from my middle. 3. Since I had reached a standstill
in my weight loss from a low carb diet and knew that with summer’s
homemade ice cream and fresh creamed corn I would have some
‘cheat’ days, I knew I needed more exercise. 4. I had some friends
going to Compliments who gave is rave reviews and encouraged me to try
it, and that offered an informal support group.
I
have thoroughly enjoyed going and have reaped many benefits. I find
the staff very attentive and supportive. Knowing my friends will be
there had kept me honest in sticking with it. The short time spent on
one machine before going to the next makes the time go by quickly and
eliminates the boredom I have experienced in some exercise programs. I
already can feel and see my body tightening up and have more energy.
It greatly improved my sense of well-being. As a Christian, I know
that when I take care of my body, I am caring for God’s temple. My
compliments to Compliments!

I’m
one of those kind of people that doesn’t stay with a program long
enough to do any good because I find them to be boring. When I was
invited to join Compliments by a friend, I thought well, I’ll give
it a try and if I don’t like it I’m not obligated to stay. My
first day was the 2nd of June, 2004. I had a complimentary workout and
by the end of the series, I was hooked. This is like no other work out
I have ever tried. I had never attempted aerobics in any of the places
I had been. Because of not knowing what I was suppose to accomplish, I
felt like a fish out of water. With Compliments I know exactly what
I’m suppose to do because a trainer is with us constantly teaching
us how to use the machines and the correct procedure for the aerobics.
If we do something wrong, it’s corrected immediately. To make a long
story short, in the length of time I have been on this program (now 3
weeks), I have lost 12lbs and now am wearing clothes that look good on
me again. This definitely is a program I will stay with and will
highly recommend it to other friends. Thank you Judy, You’re doing a
great job.

53. I started in March 2004, weighing 211lbs. After 1 month I lost 11
lbs drinking Rebound, watching what I eat and drinking 1 gallon of
water daily. I also exercise the 22 minute workout with the trainers
who are very, very helpful. They encourage me, give advice and show
what and how to use the machines. If you have areas you are interested
in toning up or down, they will show you how.. I just love Compliments™.
I
never used a workout system before and it really has helped give me
energy and make me feel better about myself. You also meet very nice

would like to tell you how much I am loving the Compliments™ gym.
This is the first gym that I have ever joined. I have always been too
self conscience about myself to go to a big gym. I felt like I
wouldn't know how to use the equipment and that I would look dumb
trying, this is why I love Compliments™ so much! The staff have made
me feel very welcome. Judy is usually here on the days that I workout.
She has been so nice and so helpful. She will let me know if I am
doing something wrong and show me how to use the equipment correctly
so I can get the most out of my workout. I love that the machines are
in a circle and the tape tells you when to change from station to
station. When I get finished, I feel like I have worked out my entire
body equally. The first day I came up here to look around and ask
questions, the owner told me that no short pants or shirts were
allowed. "This is a place to exercise, not a place to meet a
date", he said. I am a married woman with a child and it means a
lot to me that I can come here, exercise, and not have to watch half
naked men and women trying to pick each other up. I am starting on my
fourth week and I have lost 6 pounds. I can already tell a difference
in the way my clothes fit. I feel 100% better about myself and that
means more to me than losing weight. I went on vacation last week and
it bothered me that I had to miss a few days. I had told all my
friends how much I like it, hoping they will try it and join too. I
know new businesses are hard to get established, but I believe this
one will stay around for a very long time!!!
