Power Yoga
Power Yoga is a moving flowing form of Yoga that is almost dance like in its grace. It ties traditional and non
traditional yoga poses together to affect many different aspects of the body with an entire routine.
Traditional Hatha Yoga works specific areas by holding poses to strengthen the body while Power Yoga strings these poses
together (vinyasa) to bring out the natural innate power of movement and strength.

Pilates is a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises that emphasize body symmetry and abdominal
control.
Core exercises are designed to create an awareness of the deep torso muscles and to re-pattern any muscular skeletal
imbalances.
The Pilates method of conditioning emphasizes proper body alignment coupled with strength and flexibility to provide
maximum results with minimal repetition.

Aerobics
Low Impact Aerobics is a very popular exercise class that can help
you burn fat and build aerobic strength. Aerobics
of any sort will require some basic coordination, it's a fun way to exercise and can be very motivational.
A Low Impact Aerobics class usually features a warm up followed by 20-40 minutes of a high impact aerobic workout (the
duration will depending on the level of class). The main aim is to raise the heart rate without resorting to any high
impact exercises. This puts less strain on the joints. A warm down session of stretching is recommended following this
class. Please ask your personal trainer to assist you.
