Massages
Swedish Body Massage 
Traditional Swedish method sure to relax your mind and body. We use smoothing strokes and light massage to leave your body fully relaxed.
Therapeutic Deep Massage
Deep tissue massage that focuses on tension and knots. We utilize a variety of advanced techniques designed to relax those tight muscles.
Neck and Back Massage
This massage relieves tension in the neck and back. It will also help to relieve tension and pain.
After Sports Massage
Tell us where you need relief most and we can concentrate on those areas. This massage helps prevent after workout soreness by releasing the accumulation of lactic acid in your muscles.
Reflexology
The healing art of foot massage and help cleanse the body of impurities and toxins. We begin by applying warm towels to sooth and relax you. This massage is also wonderful for aching feet.
Hot Stone Massage
Combine the soothing warmth of hot smooth stones with massage for an experience you will never forget. Relax and enjoy the smooth Basalt River Stones finished off by a light Swedish massage. Delicious!
Raindrop Therapy
We utilize the soothing effects of 9 essential oils distributed along the spine like drops of rain. Then we apply hot Basalt Stones and your muscles will turn to butter! We mix this treatment with a little reflexology and the effects will last for several days.
Herbal/Mineral Wrap
Detox and sooth away stress. Linen sheets are soaked in hot herbal/mineral solutions then the body is wrapped for a 50 minute relaxing treatment. Add a foot or neck and head massage while you are wrapped for an additional charge.
Reducing Body Wrap
This wrap releases toxins and works on water weight and cellulite. We begin with a special Aloe Body Wash then follow with an Aloe-Herb Solution held in place by plastic sheet. Relax for 45 minutes while the gel works its magic. The aloe penetrates the toxin cleansing herbs through the protein wall that surrounds the fat cells. Thus the herbs can remove the toxins from the fat cells through intercellular osmosis. Cellulite may require 12 treatments.
Manicures & Pedicures
Manicures
A combination of cleansing, moisturizing and conditioning of both nails and skin, using the finest ingredients.
Included with the usual shaping, conditioning and polishing of the nails, the hands and lower arms are massaged first with a special scrub and then moisturizing lotion. Finish with either OPI or China Glaze polish.
Try the Spa manicure which includes a hot wax treatment.
Pedicures
Relaxation and renewal. Escape from stress and the cares of the world. Pedicures let your feet lead your spirit to a better place. We remove calluses and use a special gentle scrub for a beautiful finished look Try the Spa Pedicure with hot wax treatment for especially effective re - moisturization.


Marcie and Sherry have tested every expert specialist who works in the Spa. Both are very critical and only picked the very best in terms of expertise and personality. To do this they sought out personal care experts from the top Spa’s in the greater San Antonio area. Several thousand dollars were spent going into the area Spa’s and having Manicures, Pedicures, Massages, Reflexology, and Facials done. It was a tough job, but Marcie and Sherry did it for your sake (grin)!
